And the third one helped me so much ! Am so great full for her help I had a budget going in and the sewing machine I wanted was 300 more and I was standing there making my choice and I can hear her saying “ it’s only 300 more “ to a lady yes not a lot of us have that in our pockets ! She made me feel really cheap . And another said when I walked it “ 15 minutes before five , grab a basket “ and i said I want a sewing machine “ Can you help her get. But she looked upset that I wanted to get one . I felt so low like I wasn’t important to help. mean rude old woman Just one was so helpful and nice ! !!! If you go here go to beatrice she’s the nice one . The other two are stuck up and rude.

I wanted to buy a new sewing machine for a Mother's Day gift; Jana had helped me put the machine I wanted on hold when I had called in. Jana was also the one that helped me when I went to pick up the machine and she was so helpful and super nice!
S	Salome Dueck on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went into the store with my husband yesterday and I was right away attended with so much unprofessionalism. There was no acknowledgment that I was there when I first asked for help. I asked about getting a bobbin case and 2 ladies behind the counter responded with some sarcastic comments. I was left to wait for one of them to finally attend me but first she had to finish writing in her book. Another lady came in and she was right away acknowledged and attended from one of the same ladies that was behind the counter when I arrived. I also wanted a part for my sewing machine and the lady that was attending me didn't make an effort to find me a substitute I was asking for. Instead she said maybe I can go to a thrift store and buy a cheap sewing machine and pull out the part from there. I felt I was attended by the color of my skin and not as a customer. I am never going there again.
K	Kaitlyn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DECENT SELECTION OF FABRICS I am by no means a quilter or frequent fabric so we're but I do appreciate that this store exists as an alternative to Fabricland. This store offers different patterns and types of material used to make items such as masks and Halloween costumes. I find their prices reasonable as most bolts of fabric range between 8 to $25 per metre. The discount section is very limited but they also do not have nearly as much fabric to rotate through going on sale. I find this store is very surprisingly well. Considering it appears small on the outside, the bolts of fabric are arranged very efficiently to maximize space.

But the machine is absolutely amazing, they were super helpful over the phone before I came in, and I also had a great experience in the store. I was helped by Janna, who was absolutely wonderful! She sat down with me and showed me how the machine worked and was just so friendly and helpful! If you are looking for a machine, this is the place to go. They have a huge selection of machines and accessories, and will make your experience in store a good one :)
T	Terri Thomas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In the 3 times I've visited in the past couple of years the staff has been consistently rude, condescending and downright hostile. Yesterday's visit, picking up part of my mom's quilting machine that had been misplaced by staff, was the icing on the cake. I will be hard pressed to go back again. It's just not necessary to be that nasty. Perhaps a new job would where customer service skills aren't required would be in order.

The machine is not running how it should be for just getting serviced. They also did not oil it properly even though I was charged for it. I had tools that were with my machine and they were not returned to me when I picked up.

I don't sew but I was very impressed with all that was there. If you are a beginner at sewing or a seasoned pro, they have or could probably get it. ??
