Not only was he very helpful and eager to look for places but also very knowledgeable whenever we were seeing potential homes. He knew exactly what I was looking for and never pushed me. He would give me TONS of useful information (which was extremely helpful since it was my first buy!) - but would always be very respectful regarding my choices and desires. I needed a plumber to do some minor repairs and he not only recommended a reliable plumber but met him at the condo and let him in. He arranged for the Property Management Co to inspect the condo regarding water damage and coordinated with them to have the required work completed. He also arranged to have the lost mailbox key replaced. I would highly recommend Wayne Nelson to anyone who is looking to buy or sell their home/condo.

Even with the complexities of coordinating the process from the other parties that were involved, Wayne was excellent at navigating and making sure that the sale was fair. This is coming from someone with a disability. While I find that that label can leave whomever is reading this to their own conclusions, I admonish the person reading this to be fair. Wayne treated me in a way where I did not feel like my dignity was ever in question. In the professional world, being treated equitable is so valuable and Wayne was to me.

Knowing that I was not going to sell soon, he not only did a free evaluation of my home but also gave me excellent advice on how to make my home market ready while getting the most value for my dollar. He then kept in touch with a friendly visit or phone call about every six months until I was finally ready to make the leap. He worked hard to get us a fair price in a difficult market and I feel certain no one would have better prepared nor negotiated more vigorously on our behalf. While he was busy selling our home, he also spent hours with us looking at more than a dozen condos, until we found the perfect fit. The most exceptional part of working with Wayne is his dedication to open and continuous communication. How conscientiously he LISTENED to our wants, needs and concerns and how very patiently he explained the often complicated processes involved in selling a house and buying my first condo. My wife and I looked at nearly 30 properties before finding the right one - kudos to Wayne for his patience. Once the negotiations started we found out we were dealing with a particularly difficult seller, and the seller's agent didn't make the process any easier. Wayne bent over backwards more than once to ensure a smooth transaction - including very professional and diplomatic correspondence with the seller, and detailed breakdown of comparable sales in the area to make sure we were buying at a fair price. I don't think we could have made the sale happen without Wayne as our representative. Even his suite of references were excellent - inspectors, engineers, and a contact to purchase a new washer and dryer. Would absolutely recommend Wayne to anybody looking to buy or sell a home. Very professional, polite, and knowledgeable.

He quickly got photos done and arranged an open house, unfortunately we had a snow storm and it was cancelled, he rearranged it for the following weekend, and COVID-19 struck. Nevertheless he kept on, and got a viewing, and a sale! My home was actually sold ... he was amazing! I would highly recommend Wayne to anyone wanting to sell or purchase a property. Last year 2019, my family thought it might already be the perfect time to buy our own house since it has been 3 years since we migrated to Canada. So I searched for realtors through google. Out of many, Wayne was the one that looked professional and trustworthy. So we decided to contact him. We met one time to view a house year 2019, but it wasn't that great. Wayne advised us to never rush and to make sure to find the best one that will suite our family. So we kept looking and Wayne sent us a lot of listings based on our budget and all our other preferences. Wayne was extremely patient with us and took care of us very well during the process ( this includes financing and all that we had to do from beginning to end). He knows a lot about houses so we definitely listened to everything he told us. Then, we found the right house for our family that we really love. Wayne was with us from the beginning to the end. Very professional and knowledgeable, extremely patient, full support and understanding. I asked God for the right person and I am very greatful God gave us Wayne to help us with our first purchase of our own home. Highly recommended.
