He helped my wife and I find a home to start our family even though the market is difficult to predict in the current environment. Even though we went through a ton of showings and maybe seemed to get a bit frustrated at the process of buying, he always was happy to help and drop everything at a moments notice for us. When we did find our house, it was listed the same day we purchased, and when we saw it online he booked an appointment for us right away to go do a showing the same day. You can really trust Doug to be honest and tell you exactly what he thinks about a property, if you can't handle a bit of truth, Doug might not be the right realtor for you :).

I am a no nonsense scientist that likes facts, not fiction or drama, so it was refreshing to find that Doug appeased me by meeting all me needs. He helped us buy our dream home and made sure everything was looked after. He also sold the house we moved from and that too was smooth and stress free. He was able to complete and steward the process beginning to end all while the impact of the COVID19 pandemic was starting to be felt in Canada. My condo had numerous past issues, and although they had been resolved, I had my reservations about listing my condo during this challenging time. Doug could see the value in my location, the work that had been done, and the care I had taken toward my unit. He did an excellent job marketing this and overcoming the stigma of the building. Moreover, Doug and his team made this process not only easy for me but my tenants too. He worked with my renters and managed to have an open house, stage the condo, and organize visits from prospective buyers pain-free for my tenants. This was an extremely positive experience, and I recommend anyone to go with Doug for their real estate needs.

He changed her tire and even gave a referral to a place nearby in the area! I swear this guy knows everyone but it just shows you how great he is with people.
