★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buying our first house was a breeze - thanks to kuya Alex and his team. From beginning to end, they were very helpful and it was evident that they love what they’re doing. They explained everything that is involved in buying a house and they were there for us every step of the way. They handled everything - contacting our mortgage broker, inspector, sellers’ agents and lawyers. Our experience was so smooth that the hardest part in the whole process was packing and unpacking our stuff. Seriously.

This was a great experience from the start to finish, as Bryan was patient and understanding of my plan for an investment. He took the time to show me properties in ever quadrant of the Calgary market, and I never felt any pressure from his end during the entire process. In fact, he kept emphasizing how I should take my time to make the right decision. Bryan was super attentive and fast on replies to any issue/concern that came up, or questions I would be asking. His availability was second to none, and I felt comfortable taking his advise on any subject regarding the purchase.
