Noah is exceptional. I'm a busy professional (and a pretty particular person when it comes to work being done 'right') and I needed an agent who (I felt) was capable to guide us through buying our first home, and who could balance my need to know what's going on with my need to be efficient with my time/to do list. Noah blew my very high expectations out of the water. He provides great recommendations and guidance for first time buyers (examples: had a range of suggestions for lawyers when we asked, he explained the process clearly, he gives practical advice about closing days to help you avoid any unwanted road bumps). He picked up major concerns when viewing houses that we otherwise may not have noticed, but would have been disastrous if it had not been caught. He sent us the advertisement for the home we eventually purchased. He did not waste our time with houses that did not fit the requirements we set out. His availability was impressive the entire time, I know we were not his only clients at the time, but it always felt like we were because it felt like we always had his full attention. The market was on fire when we bought our house and if your agent wasn't hustling for you, there was no way you would be getting the house. I appreciated Noah's work ethic in getting us the edge we needed to get a house (examples: getting in first to see the house; organizing an offer in less than an hour to compete with another offer; effectively managing difficult agents on the other end of deals; being very diligent in ensuring the paperwork was done correctly the first time), and he somehow was able to meet our need to find and purchase a place asap, without ever making us feel pressured, even in the heat of the market. I imagine his ethic to help sell your house would be exactly the same. I don't think you can find a better agent or an agent that would work harder for you than Noah will. In years from now he will be the first I call when we are ready to sell. You will be in good hands with Noah.

His diverse background in sport and owning and operating a consulting business in oil and gas has allowed him to have great success as a real estate agent.
