Luckily I found Nick Barbu from Royal LePage Realty who made the process much easier than I anticipated at first. Any questions I had were answered quickly and efficiently as he has an excellent knowledge of the market, legalities required and a great negotiator. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nick came to the first meeting well prepared with good understanding of the neighbourhood he suggested a higher price than the other realtors we had contacted and our house sold in three days At 5% over list. selling of a house is very stressful for a lot of people but not when you have Nick Barbu with you. I would not go to anyone else but him from now on and would definitely recommend him to everyone in the market.

I had to move fast to buy my home within 72 hours when I found it and Nick made it happen and was more then willing to spend the time walking me thru everything I needed to do and know. I highly recommend Nick if you want to know your agent is looking out for your time and money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We don't consider Nick just as a realor but rather a close friend who always got our back. Nick would always be looking after your best interest even if that means that he advises you not to go ahead with a purachase no matter how bad you want it (this literally happened to us twice and he was right on both occasions). He is also super friendly, knowledgeable, and always helpful even after the sale is done where if you need help renovating/moving/landscaping...etc. Just reach out to him and he will definitely help you out. If you are looking for more than just a realtor but a friend who looks after you and you only during the process of selling/buying a house and beyond then Nick is your guy.

Nick was so incredibly helpful every step of the way; from understanding my needs/wish list, finding properties that met my criteria, being there to guide me through every showing, sharing expertise on various areas of the city and different builders, demonstrating advocacy and trustworthiness through the offer process, making solid recommendations for a condo doc check company and a lawyer, answering a gajillion questions, being readily available and graciously accommodating always, welcoming me to my new space and helping me get moved in! Exceptional end to end experience!
I felt completely supported and so well taken care and Nick’s actions built such high trust.
If you’re looking for someone who will have your back and work on behalf of your best interests, choose Nick. Easy decision! Bonus: he’s pretty a pretty awesome guy!
