We were helped tremendously by Tom on our house hunting, including a wide range of things we should be looking after when considering a property. Along with that, he referred us an amazing mortgage specialist who helped us through the pre approval process and every step of the way on the financial side.
It is fulfilling to be writing this review from our home, knowing we were overly well taken care of throughout the process! If you are looking for an amazing professional, very transparent and confident on what he is doing, Tom is the best option for you.

He pointed out any concerns in the house and contacted a house inspector when we found our home. He recommended a couple of painters, lawyers which helped us immensely as we were new to the area. He did the walk through on our closing day as we were back in BC finalizing our sale there. Thomas went above and beyond the regular services of an agent. I have no hesitation recommending him to help you find your new home.
