They don’t know how to respectfully talk
Bald man instead of talking he was raising his voice in a rude way no way of knowing how to run business you don’t speak to your customers in a way that makes you never want to go there ever !!
My first and my last visit there and to be honest i wouldn’t recommend to anyone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store has amazing varieties, excellent price ranch BUT terrible customer service, went there this Sunday, looking for fabrics for myself & my friend, there were two female staff younger & bit older woman The older woman started talking bad about me and my friend. We just don t want to spend money there, we just left. I can understand little bit of the language. Owner should know his staff, you need wise people when running a business. I was amazed by well prices etc. but terrible woman gossiping while she is looking at me. Full of hate woman, self destructive soul, she doesn t me first time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BAD customer service. I m not sure if lady at the store is owner or just an employee. But she need to learn some manners. She was behaving like an uneducated. Barking at customers not to touch the fabric and following us like we are going to steal her stuff. Not going back to this store again and recommend others not to go if you are like me who is self-respected. If they want more customers this lady should get her customer service out or just remain quiet.
