He explained everything very clearly over the phone and gave me a much better price than what I had with ADT. He came over the following day to make sure the wiring for the CAT5 cameras would work where I wanted them, luckily they did. I was given a new power g panel and 2 cat5 cameras with a doorbell camera for close to what I was already paying with ADT for an old landline system.. Stanley was a few bucks more, but it doesn't need a landline and I got more for it. So really Im saving now since I cancelled the landline. But overall, great customer service, Awesome technician, and the sales rep was very knowledgeable and patient with me. I've referred 3 of my friends to them so far, and will continue doing so.

Got ripped off by one sales person but that was fixed which was great, however I moved and wasn't able to get my sensors with me and apparently can't get any new ones installed, so I'm stuck paying the monthly bill for 0 security while my truck, yard gets broken into, unless I want to pay 1,000$ upfront for a whole completely different system.

Marlen from sales was excellent. He has that passion in him for security and is very knowledgeable. Liked his way of handling customer without being too pushy and also conveying his pitch. Overall completely satisfied with the purchase made.

Even after looking at their 5 star reviews they all seem fake every 5 star review is putting a competitor down and there are people with 3 or 4 reviews and 75% of that person's reviews are reviews on other stanly locations.
