★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just bought a gun there today, the owner Ken is awesome and I love the new location. Pinball machine next to the CQB area is an awesome touch. Although when I brought in a gun to get fixed one of the employees seemed almost offended by the fact that it was broken, so that wasn't very decent. But other than that it is always a great experience going there.

I highly recommend this store to all players. New and old. They have everything you need and more.
Even living 12 hours away. I will continue to use 007 because you couldn't ask for better customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchased a used/consignment gun. The sales person told us at the beginning that there wouldn't be warranty on it so we agreed to it. Unfortunately, the next day that we tried the gun, there was some issues with it. So, we called and explained the issue and Nick went beyond his reach and talked to the owner. He agreed to fix it for free and got it fixed on the same day, knowing that the time frame for service is 3 weeks. We're really happy about this results and Ken, you will have a customer for life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented 007’s facility for a private game and we had fun. However, this 2 star review is directly for our instructor, Anthony. If it was just him, I’d give just 1 star.
He’s a rude, power hungry and insecure man.
As we were going into the range, one of my friends was adjusting his mask. We haven’t even started yet and Anthony rudely told him to “you know what would be nice? If you put on your mask.” And then threatened our whole squad that if he sees anyones mask off, he’ll shut the whole event down.
It’s not even about what he said but how he said it in such a disrespectful manner WITHOUT giving us any instructions before hand.
I get it, safety first but in this scenario, we haven’t even started anything yet and didn’t give us any rules or instructions.
This would’ve been a 5 star review if it weren’t for his extreme rudeness and unnecessary disrespectful behaviour.
He’s a sad little man inside and when booking this facility, make sure he’s not your instructor.
And Anthony, if you’re reading this, I hope you find peace within yourself. You poor soul. I hope you learn to be more respectful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are a honorable online store, I received the wrong item by accident, it was basically the same item just a different maker. The price was $59.99 but the item I received had a $44.99 tag on it. They could have said it was a pricing error and forgot to update the price tag (which has happened to me with another online store) but they did not and refunded the difference. I am beyond impressed. Do not hesitate to purchase from them you will not be disappointed. Thank you Ken for being an honorable person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We held my son’s 12 birthday party in the Airsoft Area and it was fantastic. Super easy for me and the kids loved it. I liked how you can bring in your own food with no additional charges. And our arena host was great with the kids. Safety first, but still super fun.
