After calling literally 10 different places. Hightain offered the lowest price for replacing my iPhone XR back camera. They were the only one’s that had it in stock and turn around time was only an hour! Best case scenario! Definitely coming here for all my phone/electronic repairs.

Fantastic service, and very reasonable pricing. Needed a battery replaced for my Nexus 6P. Battery was ordered and I was called when it arrived. When I dropped in it only took 15 minutes to repair. Wow. I had called around town and other places were telling me it would cost >$100 and would need to have the camera replaced too, which was completely false. Yao (owner?) was very pleasant to deal with and was highly professional about the whole experience. I highly recommend his business and will have no hesitation getting other phones repaired here.

I had cracked my screen almost a year ago and figured it was finally time to get it fixed. My screen was repaired in a timely manner and I was notified that I had a 3 month warranty for any non-physical damage to the phone. The next day my phone's screen was unresponsive, was overheating, GPS wasn't working and calls were cutting out in the middle of conversations. I contacted my service provider and received a new sim card- nothing changed. I contacted other repair shops- they instructed me to go back to hightain as hightain damaged my iphone. After a week of trying to call and contact hightain, and no receiving no response, I finally was able to book time off work as a student nurse and see someone. They informed me that the my screen being unresponsive, overheating and malfunctioning gps/ calls caused were my fault and were caused when I first cracked my screen. After almost a year of having a cracked screen I had no issues until less than 24 hours after getting my screen "repaired". It's disappointing to have paid a few hundred dollars just to have hightain wreck my phone and lie about their 3 month non-physical damage warranty. Update: After calling the store multiple times to see if there was ANYTHING they could do to help, and being ignored multiple times, I dropped my phone like the idiot I am and cracked the screen. When I arrived I informed the staff that I had cracked my screen weeks after my phone was having issues and that I in no way expected to be compensated for my clumsiness. After calling the store again, the staff HUNG UP ON ME, and figured they would lie on my google review. It was not several months later. I was approximately a month and 2 weeks. I am a student nurse and my phone was broken at the beginning of my practicum and by the time I was done my 1.5 month practicum I was able to come into the store in person and ask. Awful customer service. You get what you pay for I guess

Great little shop... I've been there twice: 1) got my screen replaced on my Samsung S7 ... one little hiccup: digitizer didn't work properly at first but I brought it back and they fixed it on the spot. They were very apologetic and eager to fix the problem. Kudos for making it right with no hassle. 2) brought my wife's 5S in to fix the charging port... they inspected it first and proceeded to scrape out a bunch of dust bunnies and, presto: it was fine. No charge. I also asked them if they could verify that Telus unlocked the phone ... they did... again: no charge. Friendly and helpful people there. Two thumbs up!

Do not go here for screen replacements. He uses very cheap screens that break from a very short fall, and tempered glass screen protectors don't work on his screens. Screens do break for sure, but I broke 2 screens back to back from this store from a fall under 3 feet. Tried putting a screen protector on the second screen but the touchscreen was unresponsive and had to remove it. Went back to the store but he wouldn't want to hear anything about it. Bad business

My phone was not charging at all. Got the port changed out and they even fully charged it for me and showed that it worked properly again. Took them 45 minutes and all for an amazing price.

This place is a hidden gem. I’ve had my PC assembled from Yao last week and the experience was excellent. Yao is very knowledgeable and guided me through the process of choosing the right hardware for my computer needs. It truly makes customizing a PC really fun and satisfied experience. The assemble process was done professionally and the turn around time is very quick. I got my brand new customized PC in just less than a day. Would highly recommend this place to my friend and family!!

I came in and got my camera lens fixed here. A bit hard to find if your mind is focused on finding a Hightain storefront. I had gotten a quote before of $50, and I was told it would actually be only $40! Very honorable! Job was pretty well done.
