After looking at some macbooks on various online marketplaces, I found the same model I was looking for at PCMaster Pro for a better price than people were selling theirs (and in better condition than people were selling). I ordered it online after business hours and it was ready to pick up by the afternoon the next day. The young man that greeted me was very polite and they gave me as much time as I wanted to test the product, along with guidance about what things to check in particular. I was really pleased with my experience, and I haven't had any issues with my macbook. It runs as if it were new and the condition is perfect. I've already recommended them to friends looking for new laptops.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spent more than I should have to get a charging port repaired on a laptop. Had to bring it back because it wasn't fixed. A few months later, it's broken again. Subsequent shop says it wasn't even put back together correctly. I noticed missing case screws, others stripped. Seems like they're ok fixing phone screens but not computers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PCMaster gallantly attempted to recover data from my old laptop - which was basically garbage and pretty much ready for the pasture.
Ali was very patient and took time from a heavy workload to help and explain a lot of things to me I had no clue on - me, being "tech-illiterate", I was impressed with Ali and he recommended a used unit that was affordable and had more memory/power.
I left confident that he/PCMaster will continue to help with questions/any issues, should any - arise with this unit.
Great service and patient staff! Thank you PCMASTERPRO!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After being quoted 3X at other places in Calgary, Sam and Co. were able to help me resurrect my hard drive, with data intact, after it had been shorted by a faulty power supply, by repairing the faulty onboard PCB, in record time. Extremally knowledgeable, professional, and friendly staff. Go see them ASAP.

I needed the computer back before some parts arrived and he didn't even charge me for his repair time. They are honest, kind and very knowledgeable. I will be bringing my devices here moving forward. They also supply great refurbished computers at a great price.
