新大统华旁边那家店工作人员态度特别差。人种差别对待,对老外跪舔,对华人态度恶劣,千万别去那家店。感觉种族歧视,然而工作人员都是华人,太让人恶心了。而且今天我老公去cancel我的订单,约好的十二点去,结果十二点还有客人在里面没走,里面的员工直接把我老公锁在门外不让进去,一句话都没说,也没有任何抱歉。买东西的都是客人,退东西的都不是客人是吗。员工素质太低了。

I cannot echo the comments listed on the most recent review. I submit my review as a neutral party. There is no benefit for posting my comments. I live in inner city so I had asked the owner, Thomas, to meet me there. Before my appointment, Thomas also shipped some items from his other store to ensure i have enough frames to compare and try on. I have high prescription so the needs are truly demanding. My husband went with me for the first appointment as he also needs glasses. Not only did Thomas provide his advice, he also ensure we pick-up what's suitable for our needs. Between March to May we visited the store several times. Every time we were treated with attentive staff. I don't feel any differential treatment as my husband is Caucasian. He actually commented on the staff communicating more towards me than to him and I am Chinese. With covid restrictions in place, the store has special guidelines and an appointment is essential. Wait is also inevitable as every appointment is different. Finally, the store also carries specialty frames which makes it a boutique store. Rest assured, the quality is guaranteed or Thomas will try his best to adjust. If you are looking for something that stands out from the crowd, you may wish to give the store a try. SM
