★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered the women’s retro pile jacket in white online from this store. I love the sweater and it was very promptly shipped to me in Edmonton. I made a request on the comment section at checkout and they did more than they had to! Quick service and good service - I couldn’t ask for more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only 5 people can into the shop. I feel rushed and didn't feel very comfortable just looking around to check out their stuff. Maybe online shopping is better BUT you have to pay $19 for shipping fee. I ordered almost $400 but still charged.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm a big Patagonia fan. I love the brand so much that I like to keep even the price-tags. I was pleasantly surprise while visiting Canada with this store. Very friendly people and a curated selection of clothes that I haven't seen at other locations. I'll return on my next visit!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you know the brand, there will be no surprise that the apparel is expensive. $40 for a plain t-shirt with a logo is difficult to swallow, but I'm clearly not the target consumer. Location was clean, staff were helpful, so you won't be disappointed if you know what to expect going in.

The quality of the products is the best that money can buy. It may get at lil' steep at first but the investment is totally worthy.
Patagonia is the only brand I totally trust on. For me and for my entire family. You just can't go wrong with Patagonia.
