All the furniture was protected and they took care to keep our screws etc with each piece of furniture so things weren’t lost. They showed up on time and were very friendly. I was selective in picking movers with a good reputation so I used OOMOVERS who contracted out with this company. I would definitely recommend them.

Am I ever pleased they cancelled as Moving Experts was clearly the better choice! From booking the move, to speaking with the gentleman who figures out exactly how many guys you'll need to the size of the truck required etc., my needs were handled professionally & accurately. The guys...Steve, Mark & Rafael... arrived right on time & with a quick walk through of items to be moved got to work right away. They asked questions when needed & they emphasized that they wanted to ensure my total satisfaction. I was very pleased with my move today! It went seamlessly & was handled by three of the most knowledgeable, pleasant & hard-working guys around! Moving Experts are the way to go!

Movers arrived on time and phoned in advance several minutes before arrival and the evening before to confirm details. The two men were polite and very strategic in moving items in an efficient, organized manner. They were very careful with the items themselves as well as taking care not to bump walls etc. The price was very reasonable and they were willing to do a small move locally -bed mattress/frame and sofa. Very pleased with service!

Ruslan from the beginning was very professional reviewing the items to be moved and providing a tailored quote. We kept in touch before move to confirm if we are on track. On the day of the move Ruslan and his team arrived on time. After a brief walk through of the “move out” premises they started immediately move the prepared boxes, wrapped the furniture to prevent any damages and move them to the track. They were methodical, efficient, and quick with the move out. In the “move in” premises we did a quick walk through and they immediately started to unload the truck and move the boxes and the furniture to the designated locations. The “move in” was also efficient with no damage of the furniture or walls. It was a positive experience helping us to make or move much smoother. I recommend Moving Experts services.

They’re really quick to respond, they’re really thoughtful and flexible when it comes to finding a time that’ll suit the customer. They made a big move work last minute which was incredible! They are definitely not afraid of large work, they moved two huge storages (20x15 and 10x15) within 8 hours!! Really careful when it comes to lifting and carrying heavy furniture such as China cabinets and heavy drawers. Haven’t broken or scratched a single item including stone furniture, wood, glass, mirrors. They haven’t stopped a second, they were just working, working, working. They really show care and thought when it comes to moving, even emotional support at times! Overall, if you’re looking for professional, thoughtful, caring, honest, helpful, and most importantly affordable movers - look no further! These guys are IT!

Our experience from booking with Ruslan, to the crew arriving on site, to the efficiency and stress free move, was impeccable. The crew was polite, efficient, and took extreme care with every detail of the move. With the sentimental connection my parent have to the furniture, they were quite particular about the placement and handling of some of the pieces, but the crew took it all in stride and showed my parents the utmost respect and attention, while remaining focused on getting the move done quickly. I’ve used Moving Experts for my own move in the past and would not hesitate to use them again, or to refer them to anyone needing qualified, professional movers! Their pricing is on par with most others in town (I did my legwork before hiring them) and their professional service far exceeds any other moves I’ve worked with.

My experience from calling to make the booking, the follow up from them to confirm the details prior to my move and the actual move were easy and very professional. The movers arrived early (who does that these days), were pleasant and friendly, removed their shoes and knew how to move all of the items and how to pack them in the truck. They worked extremely hard and non stop. When unpacking at my new home they were extremely careful with the walks and floors and handling of furniture. I used this company 4 years ago and was very impressed with their service back then that l booked them again. I would highly recommend them for a stress free move!
