I filled out their online quote request late yesterday afternoon, then got an email almost immediately, asking specific questions to accurately tailor their services to my needs. Then I received a phone call from them first thing this morning with the quote. The guys were great moving all my stuff out including my fridge! They loaded up and the move out process was quick and efficient. The going to my new apartment and the move in was slower than I imagined but they took the time to help me out and put things where they needed to be.

I had to call them and schedule an appointment which wasn’t too bad because I was able to back up my whole house and get everything out 3 days later. The movers were so nice and helped me more than I expected. I was pregnant and the movers didn’t want me to work too hard. I gave each of them a big tip for being so thoughtful and moving my items in a timely manner. All my fragile items were safe. I had to move an hour away so it was an all day process.

I called 5 different companies and Cargo Movers Canada had the absolute best price I needed to move just one bedroom. Over the phone they were so nice and easy going and easy to talk to and set up the move I called multiple times to change the time of the move and the location it was no problem at all. On the day of the move I thought it was going to take all day and it only took a total of 5 hrs. The price was extremely reasonable and the service was awesome. They wrapped all my furniture with blankets and plastic wrap to protect it. I was pleasantly surprised.

We were on a tight timeline to move out and they swept in and got the job done. Boxed it, packed it, shipped it from one place to the other with no complaint. The move went smoothly and efficiently. We couldn't have done it without them! We are moving again in 4 months and we've got them on speed dial! Best company ever.

However, they made the experience so much more simple. They supplied boxes and hangers for our clothes when we ran out and helped pack everything for us. Also, our son was with us during the whole process and they were all very understanding and kind to him. They were very careful with all of our furniture. I thought that they did a wonderful job. We will definitely use Cargo Movers Canada in the future
