★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am pretty sure some prisoners have it better than Brentview Towers residents. At least prisoners have a reliable source of running water. Don't have friends? Don't worry, you'll have hundreds of little bed bugs to keep you company throughout the night! There's nothing like being hit in the face with the decadent aroma of rotting garbage, paint, and dirty carpet early in the morning. Your neighbours will be certified crazy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a good time at all. In less than 6 months we had a cockroach problem and a black mould problem. Found out it wasn’t only us but almost everyone complained about it. No one came to fix anything after the first month even though we put multiple requests in. So we have had a leaky tap for a month. You can hear any renovations they do in any part of the building as if someone is drilling right above you. Living right off crowchild if you leave the window open you will have to clean the dust away daily.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is so gooooood, 5mins walking distance from the university! The view from the balcony is also really cool. The people from the office room are very cooperative and friendly, Mrs.Vineeta and Mr.Keyur. I would definitely recommend people to come here and atleast try it out.

Had a really bad experience with this place . The building is old and during winter I had ice all over the ceiling.Hallways stink and underground parking which they charge$50 is open from all sides.
When I was leaving the apartment . I was informed by property manager that I will have to pay $2200 as I was breaking the lease early . Which we both agreed upon.so I didn’t bother to look for someone to take over my lease. On the day when I was leaving . I was informed that I have to pay $4400. Both property managers vaneeta and Abiba had confirmed $2200 2 weeks prior .
Avoid this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just moved in here and I am stunned that some people think the place is not hygienic. I moved into a beautifully cleaned apartment. Yes, a bit old fashioned, especially the cabinets, but otherwise just fine. I see armies of cleaners in the building every day. I've never seen so much cleaning staff!! Maybe if you keep your own suite clean then you won't have a problem! So far, so good and within walking distance to the U! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely disappointed by how rude and disrespectful the Boardwalk office was. We booked an appointment through their listing and received a confirmation via email
When we arrived, the agent didn't bother coming to greet us at the door, nor even acknowledge our existence when we entered to the main lobby. When we let ourselves into their office, the lady (Anita?) told us we don't have an appointment even though I showed her the confirmation from Boardwalk on our phone.
Apparently, you need to call the office to confirm the appointment EVEN though the email does NOT mention that anywhere. She just blamed it on Boardwalk which happens to be her employer. Extremely unprofessional, and total disrespect for our time
Add the extreme rude language used and not a single "sorry".
Won't be coming back here or recommend it, which is a shame, I used to be a Boardwalk tenant back in 2012, albeit a different building
