Love this store. Great selection in both winners and homesense. This is one of the better organized winners and homesense locations. They are very busy, but usually have a few cashiers open so it goes quick

they literally have β€˜everything’ cheaper than other stores (or online), i always get my nellie’s laundry stuffs from winners as they’re a little bit cheaper and the location is close to my house, just be careful when you pick stuffs, make sure you double check it.

Love this location and special shout out to Khady! I tried to complete the survey to give my feedback to the website on the receipt but it didn’t work. Regardless awesome customer service from Khady truly appreciated your kindness and understanding.

One of the largest Homesense and Winners store in Calgary. Great selection of home goods and decor at Home sense. Winners had an okay selection. Some of the quality of clothing and goods are not as great as before. Busy and long line ups at the cashiers. I met a very unhappy customers service rep who didn’t even acknowledge me when I was called. She continues to walk back and forth before she scanned my purchase. However, the CSR at Jewellery was awesome! Super friendly and nice and very helpful. Lots of parking at the Cross Iron Mall. Best to park at Exit 3 for convenience. Inside has change rooms and washrooms by the shoe section.

I purchased a $630 mirror as a gift for a family member and when we came home and unwrapped it there was multiple scratches, dents, wood missing and a huge metal part missing as well. The mirror was wrapped prior to my arrival and there was cardboard that was covering up the sides. This is a very heavy mirror that took 3 people to help lift it! Myself, my brother and his friend. I went back to them today with my receipt and photos / videos of all the damages. They called a supervisor named Ali and he Immediately came up and started disrespecting me without reason. I was not given the opportunity to speak and he did not look at the photos I tried showing him. He started raising his voice at me and arguing with me telling me to go bring the mirror and get your money back. When I opened my mouth to talk he would raise his voice and shut me down immediately. There were multiple supervisors around that wanted to help me after looking at the photos and videos but he refused to listen to anyone else. I tried to explain to him that this was a gift and I did not want a refund but instead something simple to be done about the damages. I personally have never felt more unsafe and disrespected in my entire life to the point where I even got emotional. His response was to bring the heavy mirror back for him to look at In person because the videos and photos apparently weren't enough proof for him. Thankfully I was helped by a different manager who stepped in and said I have enough proof that shows the item was in fact damaged. The supervisor gave me an extremely hard time over nothing and clearly does not respect women. He made me feel unsafe, raised his voice at me in front of others and talked down to me over their mistake which could have easily been resolved if he had taken a course in customer service and had been properly trained. He made every excuse in the book not to help me and purposely wanted to give me a hard time which I personally believe reflects very poorly on this company. If he wants to fight with people who spend good money at their store and doesn't like his job I suggest he stays at home. When he found out the other manager was helping me he acted like a child with his hands crossed and wouldn't take orders from him. He should be ashamed of himself and reflect on his actions. I will not be returning here anymore and they have now lost a loyal customer that has been coming to this location for years because of the supervisor Ali
