★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was shopping at the dsw crossirons location sept 5. It was 5:55pm the mall/ store was open for 5 minutes still and knew exactly what I wanted. I went to the entrance and a Filipino woman ran to the door and said I couldn’t come in. I told her they are still open for 5 minutes. She said I could only come in if I’m able to get in and out in 5 minutes. I went in and knew what I wanted and went to get the item but watched as the woman stopped more people from coming in the store even though the time was before 6:00. Maybe if customers can’t come in during open time you should consider changing your hours from 11-5:55 instead. I decided not to spend my money there and to go somewhere else that would give me better customer service. On my way out I told the Filipino woman that her customer service was not good and that if your hours star you close at a certain time then that gives customers the right to shop. If she didn’t want to stay a little bit later maybe she shouldn’t work at a TOURIST LOCATION on a LONG WEEKEND. She was extremely passive aggressive towards me. I will not shop at this location and I will be sharing my poor experience with others so they know to shop elsewhere as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very uncomfortable shopping experience. Staff is racist, racially profiled me and followed me throughout the store. I came here from Edmonton to shop with my daughters and they just made my shopping experience terrible. Wouldn't recommend going here.
