★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unhappy with my visit here, a tall women who assisted me was very disrespectful and judgmental not only to me, but the sales associates there as well. I overheard a conversation of her telling a fellow worker there to pick something up that was sitting at her feet and then she continued to laugh at her as she did so. As I entered the door I was screamed at i'm not sure what type of greeting that is as I felt very uncomfortable. Would not come back to this store, the women needs to rethink how she is treating people as I have never felt like this shopping here before.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At cash register, I noticed that the shirt I was getting had a makeup stain. I asked the girl at cash to replace it with new one. She gave me a rude look and said can you go get it. What kind of customer service is this. Employees at the store do not have an idea what customer service is. No one greets, no ones helps in this store. Employees always talking to each other.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Crossiron Mills location has well trained staff and nice smiles. I had an exchange not only handled beautifully by management and the sales associate who processed it. Andrea not only took care of it but as my size was not in stock she had it shipped to my home. Excellent fast services. Up to minute trends, great sales, honest caring people and ahead of the times. This store was a bull moose during Covid over masks and hands but they dropped them with the provincial health laws too. Kudos ?
