★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I wanted to try on snow pants in the fitting room and a ski jacket, staff told me that according to their rules I cannot do this, how should I know which size is right for me, if I cannot try it on in the store? LOCKER ROOMS WERE OPEN, this is not a covid rules!!
In the different location I did it , and asked about this “rules”, everyone was surprised and never heard this kind of “nonsense” before!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well then, I won’t be visiting this particular store anymore! The lady at the cash register (who was either new or just incapable of doing her job) took over 40 minutes to retrieve an item I had already pre-ordered and paid for. The holidays are extremely busy and my time is valuable, which is why I pre-ordered in advance in the first place! Very unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a really bad experience in this store yesterday. When I checked out there yesterday, the cashier forced me to purchase their shopping bag. I don't have a problem with the store that does not provide a plastic bag. But forcing customers to purchase your shopping bag is not acceptable anywhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service and organized store. I couldn’t find thermal base pants and shirt for men. I requested some help from an employee who was arranging some clothes. He left what he was doing and helped me patiently, explained to me the differences between their levels of warmth and told me the men’s ones were at the back as it’s almost summer and nobody recently buys thermal clothes. I really thank you for your decent and friendly service, willing to help and coming back to provide me with another brand/ cheaper price.

the reward system and the assumption that a loyal customers who earned more than $200 points is a thief

The gentleman who helped us was fantastic.
Very knowledgeable, very helpful and not pushy at all.
They installed the bindings and the only delay was at the checkout, they could have used a few more staff, but all in all a great experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sports Chek is a great place to buy different types of sports equipment accessories. They have several things on clearance and the prices are affordable and reasonable. A bit crowded today as lots of people are shopping for sales and spring stuff. The store looked organized, customer service was good and there were different signs showing prices and products.
