Mike at Cross Iron is an exceptional sales person very knowledgable and certainly knows his stones(jewels) Diamonds. His customer service with us was friendly and very professional. I have gone a handfull of times and always dealt with Mike and honestly if hes not in We have never dealt with anyone else. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alice assisted me, she was very sweet. She gave me space to look around, made some recommendations, and even cleaned my necklace for me! There was another female staff member there, seated behind the counter for some reason, who acted rude towards her which made me feel a bit uncomfortable. Overall nice experience because of Alice.

We have been in a few times to get the rings polished, and we got them resized to fit me better. The service here is always wonderful, and everyone is always very friendly. I love my ring set, they are perfect. I have nothing but good things to say about this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We dealt with Mike H. at this location. What a stand up guy. Of course we checked out other stores in the mall, but everybody else seemed inexperienced and not as personable as Mike. Mike was super knowledgeable, and his recommendations were outstanding.
If you're looking for some rings for a special occasion, go see Mike - you won't regret it.
