★ ★ ★ ★ ★ such bad service, we went to get our screen fixed and got 10 times more problems back. so unprofessional when we asked for them to fix the problems they denied it and the battery they gave us almost exploded. never coming back, don't go, their service is the worst ive ever had they are liars and robbed us in ramadan too like... get ur priorities straight. asthagfirullah

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You get what you pay for.. was quoted 200 dollars less for a screen repair here. Quick and friendly service, but the from the day I brought the phone back it's had major issues. I went it and got a warranty, and the new screen had even more issues.. seems they must use really cheap parts. I'm not going to bother bringing it in again, just gunna buy a new phone. There's a good reason its half the price of anywhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad customer service. I was sold a screen protector and was told I would be very happy with it. Well, barely a week into it and the screen protector is peeling. I went back to the store, and after making clear there was no refunds, he blamed my case! He said no matter what I do, it would peel because of the case, which I doubt. If it would be a quality product, it would stick (and probably not have as much fingerprints smudge on it). It was a $25 lesson. Thay have my money and I have no protection on my screen. The least they could've done is reimburse the product that is not delivering what they had promised and cannot make it right. I tried to encourage local, but it seems I'll have to go to Amazon :(
