Not only did they answer very quickly and handle the call professionally but they offered multiple solutions such as how to negotiate with my carrier instead of paying for the repair. They put me, the customer, first which was refreshing and much appreciated. Great service, thanks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently went to Mobile Market to get my phone(s) screen fixed. I decided I would fix only 1 out of the 2 I had. After having attempting to fix the phone, they advised me that the phone wouldn't work, offered to fix the cheaper one and refunded me the difference no questions asked, they actually offered. Didn't charge me to look at the 1st one at all. I dropped off the phone and within a couple of hours they had replaced the screen on the other phone and we had picked it up. Works perfectly. Further, had a previous experience in which I brought in a MacBook, an old one at that. The staff member advised me that he wouldn't recommend replacing the screen in it as it would cost too much. I really appreciate the honesty, chose to offer proper advice instead of being compensated for a repair. I would strongly recommend them. Good and Local, easy to deal with.

I'm happy to report that my first encounter with iPhone Repair those men much exceeded my expectations and really blew my mind. Here's where I mended the back glass on my iPhone 12. It's back to normal now, like a brand new iPhone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Here's where I corrected my iPhone 11's screen. Excellent value for money and prompt service. For a new phone, I needed a case and a glass protector. Guy behind the counter pays immediate attention. I got everything done correctly, including the installation of a glass protector, for half the money I would have paid elsewhere. Mobile Market - Airdrie Is Amazing.

The person fixing the phone was very funny, along with walking us through the process of what they were going to do to the phone. They also showed us first hand what they were doing, quite literally doing it in front of our eyes at the front desk. Affordable compared to other mobile shops. Loved the experience. Would 10/10 recommend going here.
