Even though it was close to closing the two girls didn't rush me and answered all questions. When they saw I had been with you for a long time they made sure I got all I was entitled to. I'm very pleased and I'll go back if I need service.

Friend of the family stopped by here and could not rave enough about the service from Amber and Karen.
They were extremely thorough, spent extra time playing with some numbers, explained everything in an extremely CLEAR manner(our friend was even able to explain the deal to me, and even though we got the same phone she got a better deal, saved money, and even got extra credits), and even wrote a detailed follow up email.
Who does that? Contracts and bills are so difficult to understand, their emails after made perfect sense. They even told her that if she has any questions, don’t waste time on the phone with customer care, just to email them back.
Once the other staff member finished with her customer, she even came to help our friend.
Top notch customer service.
They really own their business.
The place I went to, up sold me on stuff I didn’t need, and didn’t spend even half the time as it seems.
Highly recommend.

I was at a store recently & this team (duo) are very knowledgeable on product & service offering by Rogers.
Maitri is professional, has strong consumer consciousness and she will spent time to create awareness of Rogers services, including promotions and their in-store process to assist customers.
She was informative, answered all questions, and explained better options based on current usage / need.
Amazing duo and great execution, keep up the great work.

Not only did she get everything straightened out in a confusing situation, she followed up with a personal email highlighting all the changes to ensure everything goes through properly! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I showed up at 4:30 pm to have a look at some phones as I was ready to do an upgrade. I was greeted through a speaker and told "sorry we're about to take a lunch break" and they wouldnt let me in... seriously?? Is this a Roger's policy? To have late afternoon lunches and not leave an employee on the floor to help customers?? Looks like I will be shopping for another carrier after being a loyal customer for over 20 years
