He didn't try to sell me things I didn't need or sell me a phone that I wouldn't use everything it was capable of. In short, you can't go wrong with John. And John, get that tooth looked up ?

Jason and John spent time helping me get it figured out, but more importantly they talked to my son like he was their customer, since he was, and while they always deferred to me as the one paying, they answered his questions, gave him advice, and in the end ultimately got him an amazing phone on an amazing deal. We've had Jason before as our sales rep. And each time he has gone above and beyond to get us exactly what we wanted. So thank you so much Jason and John for being awesome.

He did not push me towards products or services I did not need, but simply pointed me to the most benefits in my current plan. One of the most satisfying sales experiences ever! Up until now I was fairly happy with Bell and their services and conducted business primarily in Calgary close to my office. Now, thanks to Jon, I will be doing all my mobility shopping at Sierra Springs in Airdrie!

They are consistently the best price for the service we get, I know some of that is because the staff work hard to make sure you utilize all of the available credits and savings available. They are always helpful and kind to us and others when we’ve been there. I’ve seen them with a very difficult customer and they were able to calm and diffuse the situation quickly and kindly. We won’t go anywhere else.
