★ ★ ★ ★ ★ London Drugs and Customer service don't belong in same sentence. 73 yr old man receives phone call from London Drugs that his lost drivers license has been turned in to Airdrie London Drugs. A rude and obnoxious employee wanted picture ID in order to return it to him. Her attitude was anything but what customer service stands for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve lived in airdrie my whole life and not one experience has been even close to good here… all the older people working there seem to think they are more important than the business they are working for. I have tried numerous times to get a nice reaction out of someone but they are all to busy talking to each other. I can’t believe how rude some people are! Please take this into consideration before shopping here! Have a great day:)

We are a Professional Aerial photography and Videography business in Airdrie and all of our equipment has been bought from London drugs in airdrie. Hands down the best place to get you electronics. They have the experience, Price, and actually have the stock to get you up and running.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband buys all his diabetic supplies from this store every month he spend a signifiant amount of money here. One of the tester gadget was NOT working so he called the pharmacy and talk to Lina who refused to take their tester back and replace it with one that works, because my husband has to test his blood every two to three hours. I called and I spoke to Lina and I left a message for the manager Christina to call me, a few day later she called and I explained the problem to her.My husband has to have this blood tester gadget to test his blood as he can NOT wait. high blood sugar can not wait so I spoke to the manager Christine she was furious talking down to me, then she agreed to replace the blood tester and suddenly changed her mine and was completely rude to me saying NO! NO and she would not replace the blood tester, diabetic patient can not wait when their blood sugar is high. Christina denied that I spoke to Lina and she became unprofessional and was extremely rude to me. Christine and Lina are friends in the pharmacy, keep your friendship out of this. HOW DARE YOU DID THIS TO MY HUSBAND? Christine should be fired and NEVER work for any pharmacy again. THIS IS NOT THE WAY TO TREAT YOUR CUSTOMER! PEOPLE out there THINK BEFORE YOU GO TO THIS PHARMACY! There are many drugs store in Airdrie but stay far from London drugs! DON'T GO THERE YOU MIGHT GET BITE. This happened on March 10/22. We will never shop there ever again.

Not only does it have a lot of cool obscure things to check out, but the electronics section has a wide selection of the best models on the market, for the best prices. Not only that, the rewards and offers usually make them cheaper than even walmart if you buy on sale.
Staff have been very friendly and helpful in my experiences.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shawna in the Computer / Technology Department went above and beyond the call of duty and looked after me in more ways than I can say. She helped me when the competitor refused to perform a simple task and she did not need to do that when the product itself did not come from her store. I highly recommend anyone going to see Shawna at London Drugs if you need help. If she does not know the answer - she finds it. I'll be back! Thanks Shawna for such amazing customer service. You are a fantastic representative of what London Drugs stands for - superior customer service.
