V	Viraldev Joshi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's the only Walmart in Airdrie. They don't have more varities and options like in Calgary or Edmonton. They also have very less options for international department.
B	Bryce Callander on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to be the best Walmart in western Canada. But the new General Manager has let this place slip into absolute trash. Shelves are empty, staff is never around when you need them.
R	Roxanne Droppo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Walmart by far has the worst customer service. I was in last week for the first time in 2 years. Cashier was terrible. I brought my own bags as per their rules and when bagging my items, she asked me to speed up as there were long line ups. I told her she could feel free to help but she declined. Not her job. She also said I could complain at customer service to someone named Pam but it wouldn’t make a difference. That I believe. In the cash out next to where I was, a very Senior gentlemen did not have his own bags. He asked the cashier if she could get him some that he would buy and she declined. Said they didn’t have any. That very Senior gentleman had to put each single item back in his cart to cash out. Disgraceful and just poor service. I will not go back to that store.
A	Abhishek Sharma on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location used to be good but not anymore. Customer service is less than one ⭐.Also moving towards more self checkouts. It was shocking to me that last weekend they had all the check-in lanes closed and was focusing on only self checkouts. I went to customer service and asked the reason and came up with the answer that Walmart does not hire staff that is nessesary for the store. Another question to City of Airdrie about if they are providing any concession in the property tax to Walmart,if City does,that has to be stopped because Walmart doesn't provide enough jobs to people in Airdrie,seems like a scam. Please ask Walmart about why they don't have enough staff?? Why more and more self checkouts are coming ?? Why customer service level is decreasing day by day?? If there is no answer,ask yourself why we are putting our money in the ditch & sending to a different country??? Thanks for everyone who read this.
B	Baileigh A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I was at Walmart and waited for an hour for bb pellets, while walmart called for the lock case key 5 times, wondered around a little and came by this "family kids" game actually very disappointed, and surprised yet once again someone's complaining of a TV show we 90's kids gre up on but yet here's a game in the kid section of walmart and not a thing is being said about it.
P	Peter Fuzessery on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store is local to us. This is our go to for most food and non food items other than the local warehouse store. While this store is pretty clean, sometimes some displays or sale items seem disconnected and misplaced. They have remove many of the checkout lanes or they are closed and they push to self checkout. Now there are no bags. So I pick my own stuff, I checkout myself, and I provide my own bags but yet the prices have gone up and are more expensive. People are nice otherwise. The bathrooms need some work.
D	Doughnut Please on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Workers are good, prices are reasonable. Don't price match anymore which is frustrating and disappointing. Corporate practices are bad Walmart as a whole or the local owner of the franchise need to pay the workers more, give them all full benefits, and give the cashiers (and workers who are staying mostly in one place) chairs. Cashiers have chairs in Europe. Employees having sore feet doesn't give customers a better experience

But the layoff of many cashiers replaced by self check out stations truly bears testament to the fact that this multi billion dollar company will do anything to put minimum wage earners out of work. Not the same company I've known 15 years ago.
