★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sobeys has recently been under construction. Before the construction I found the store a little crowded. However this most recent visit was a pleasant surprise where the layout of the store was neat and clean and professionally displayed their stock. I recommend Sobeys They are changing with the times!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I live like a minute from this Sobeys and use to go there almost daily. However they recently upgraded their checkout systems and since then anytime I go there when I leave the security alarm goes off. I never have anything on me except my wallet and my reusable bag! It got to the point that I switched grocery stores and drive out of my way. Having the security alarm go off and everyone look at you is beyond embarassing and I don't know why they wouldn't have fixed this issue as soon as it became apparent. It goes off all the time by the way not just with me lol If they fix it I will definitely go back but until then I will not. Fix your alarm so your customers are not embarrassed anytime we come get groceries!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thought I'd return & pickup roast chicken but the 9+ were gone on way back but kind young lady assured me there were some roasting & they'd be ready in 10mins so I held my ground & she helped me grab potato salad, very pleasant & 10 on the button!

I was especially pleased with the meat selections. Prices were fair and the quality was great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store itself is clean and bright. Not bad for a place to get groceries. That being said, the ticket shock for 2 bags was a little much but, to be expected these days, I suppose.
