β β β β β Iβve been coming here for years and NEVER been so dissatisfied with the service. I booked 2 pedicures 2 weeks in advance for my sister and I. We got there at 530pm. They close at 7pm. The woman doing my sisters feet was extremely rough and clearly trying to rush us out. Another lady told us the nails were dry enough after 5 minutes. I told her I felt like they were rushing us out to which she replied βsorry hahaβ. I then said βdonβt you close at 7?!β And she replied βyes but we have family things to doβ. My sisters nails were ruined by the time we got home and we leave 3 minutes away. They caked the nail polish on and didnβt let them dry. Wonβt be back!

β β β β β Didn't like the idea they tell you a price then mid way thru a pedicure if you want the heal done which cost alot more which they call it the deluxe. Never again I will go there again

β β β β β Half an hour after I arrived for my appointment they started on my nails. I asked for gel, the assured me that the solar was better. When applying. My tips, she cut the first tip, AND THEN asked if they were okay. I was polite and had her continued. When she completed my nails, I started to tell her that in nail pointed up, and she interpreted me, told me she has asked me, and that they look fine. I got up to pay and explained that I felt she acted rudely. She then slammed the debt machine and walked away. Will not return

β β β β β First time! They were open on a Sunday. I called said I needed a fill,She said to come on in I waited about 15mins, those minutes I waited was her cleaning the place down.very impressed! Told her I wanted clear, and that way it! She did a perfect job! For the first time in a LONG TIME, someone got exactly what I'm looking for. Thanks Jen.

β β β β β The staff were really awkward to be around and the quality of their products were really poor. One of the employees rolled her eyes at me when I asked her to repeat what she said because I could hear her behind her mask. I had 3 of my nails break in 2 weeks which has never happened anywhere else. The final product looked decent, but she didn't listen to me before cutting them so they were way too short. I never write bad reviews and I hate doing this but if you want a great experience, this is not the place to go.

β β β β β The customer service is unacceptable along with the quality of some of their work. I was very unsatisfied with my pedicure I recieved..... I asked for a return or partial return of the cost of the pedicure after both a male and female I talked with, were rude, disrespectful towards me and my girlfriend. We were willing to go back and have them fix their mistakes but after they treated us over the phone, that became a big no no! So I proceeded to a refund and they laughed at me and told me to get a ubber and look elsewhere and to not ever come back! We definitely won't be coming back that's for sure! It's their loss! Poor quality work and especially poor customer service!

β β β β β I highly recommend Paradize Nails. My daughter and myself have been going for years once a month for our nails. We have never had a bad experience and have always been 100% satisfied. I have read the reviews that are not favorable and can honestly say I have no idea why. Service is exceptional, prices are fair and all the staff is friendly and very accommodating to whatever you may want done. Sherry G
