She is incredibly knowledgeable, was able to understand exactly the direction I wanted to go with my hair, and provide me great advice for at home care. She is also just enjoyable to spend time chatting with. Also - love the vibe of the salon!

β β β β β I saw Janine in December for a refresh as my previous hair girl moved and recommended her, and she absolutely nailed it! I don't think i could love my hair more. She asked me all the questions to make sure we got the color i wanted and was so sweet to chat with. Absolutely worth the 40 minute drive, and the salon vibe is so relaxing.

I wouldnβt recommend anywhere else but Salon Harper for your hair! Janine takes the time to understand fully what your looking for and makes sure to have you leave feeling beautiful!!

β β β β β I was super pleased after my first visit to Harper salon! My stylist Paige was easy to talk to and understood exactly what I wanted. She was very skilled and swift with the scissors! Sometimes itβs hard finding someone to do short womenβs hair and not make you look like a Karen. Anyway the salon was lovely and they carried one of my favourite product lines, Davines. I will definitely be returning!

β β β β β I was recommended to have Janine as my hairstylist when my original stylist moved away. Janine did not disappoint!
Janine has an approach that is essential to good customer service - communication! She asks you what you want and she delivers. She opens that pathway to conversation to ensure that her clients feel comfortable sharing what they want for their experience (ie: do you want to chat or do you want silence and a spa like experience). She truly makes you feel incredibly special when sitting in her chair.
Janine's techniques are amazing too! She ensures she's cutting your hair the way that you want and the way it would benefit your hair for optimal health. I appreciate this greatly about Janine.
She remembers fine details that make you feel unique and special. I truly believe she enjoys her job because of the connection piece. It's lovely to experience.
Janine is an absolute gem and I am so elated by her approach and experience. I definitely would recommend booking with Janine. You will walk away looking fabulous, feeling empowered, and with a pep in your step from her cheery demeanour.

β β β β β I'm a fairly new client of Mia's - I found her on IG earlier this year and direct messaged her with concerns I had after a bad cut at another salon. She was so patient and understanding and since she loves having long hair herself, she knew exactly what I was taking about. I've had multiple visits with her now and she does such a great job - I'm so happy with my hair!
The salon itself has lots of natural light, is always clean and it's a nice space - everyone who works there is so lovely and they're very courteous over the phone. I truly do not have any constructive criticism to provide - I highly recommend Salon Harper!

β β β β β Janine at Salon Harper is an absolute magician and a must see when it comes to blondes!
I needed to find a new stylist after mine moved away and I was in need of someone to completely refresh my hair in time for my birthday. I decided to stay local and booked in with Janine. Iβm so so happy that I did!
The salon was very clean, newly renovated, and had a great atmosphere. Janine was extremely friendly, took the time to discuss with me exactly what I was wanting done, and I left feeling and looking absolutely fantastic with super healthy hair that wasnβt chemically compromised. Without any doubt, I have definitely found my new stylist!
