★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My partner and I booked a last minute trip to the Caribbean and had concerns we would be able to get any vaccines or advice we needed and Polaris cured all our worries! Same day appointment, very friendly and knowledgeable. The front desk staff were lovely and gave us wonderful advice on what to do while we were away, and the pharmacist was extremely helpful, we had our vaccines and we were on our way! Could not have had a better experience.

We were dealt with very quickly and had immediate updates communicated to our email and they deserve recognition for a job well done.

Very patient and took time to gauge my preparedness for the vaccine. Gave me time to ask questions and reviewed with me all the details of my shot. THANKS FOR HELPING US BE SAFE AND GET BACK TO OUR FRIENDS AND FAMILIES. Awesome experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The nurse is great but the attendant at front desk is a bit rude and the appointment is too long. It took us almost two hours to get 2 shots done. Not happy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My very needle anxious 6 year old and I went here for flu shots and the experience was amazing. We've done flu clinics in the past, and they are noisy and crowded and the crying kids always have a snowball effect on each other. At Polaris, it was calm and quiet and my daughter and I had a private room, with just Jason, the person who did the injection.
Jason was so patient, despite my daughter's screaming and thrashing. He was friendly and personable, and tried to make her comfortable. After he did the injection, she immediately calmed down and chatted with him. Apparently (as she later told us), it didn't hurt AT ALL. He's a wizard or something ?♀️
She's already happily told her little sister that she'll get to go there next year for her flu shot. We'll be back for sure.
