★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was told 15 mins for my Rx; but they said that 3 times. Ridiculous. Was looking for disposable masks; they have NO masks in store. ??? The store looks nice but it was nonsense trying to get what I needed. Then they didn't have the 500mg dose I was prescribed so he had to call the Dr (finally ended up maked twice as many 250mg, like duh....).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am appalled at the service at this pharmacy; why do I have to call at least 3 times each time that I need a prescription filled? Since dealing with this pharmacy because the other Shoppers Drug Mart on Main Street closed, it has been nothing but aggravation. I ask them to call me back to let me know if they indeed have renewed my prescription and they never do. I'm constantly on the phone trying to fill my prescription. This time, they never received the renewal from my doctor; last time, they never received my payment, both of which are untrue. I do not know if they are understaffed, overworked, or simply disorganized, but one thing that I do know is that I really miss my pharmacist at the old Shoppers Drug Mart as well as their assistants and that I am done with these people!! If you want to be served by caring people, look elsewhere as I am doing...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to patronize the Shoppers Pharmacy across the street and when they closed my file was transferred here. Unfortunately I also moved so we will be using a different pharmacy, but the staff was wonderful when I came in to get my file. The assistant printed it out and the pharmacist sat down to go through it with me for questions. Stellar service and knowledgeable staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and clean store. Pharmacy is absolutely terrible since they moved to the new store. It was bad before the move and it’s got worse, didn’t think that was possible. If you call the pharmacy be prepared to spent some time on hold.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have tried three times to phone their pharmacy to get something refilled it just keeps picking up and hanging up on me this pharmacy is poorly run I’m always having issues with it when I try to get my booster shot they wouldn’t let me even though I had proof that I was a Crohn’s patient they wanted a letter from my doctor for God sake. I ended up getting it from a different pharmacy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude cashier! Went there 9:53 pm May27,2022 Skinny, blonde hair, went there 3-4times a week, she’s never been nice to me, she needs customer service training! Why i know about customer service, because id been in customer service for almost 15years! No matter what race you came from, She should treat people right, its not first time happened, same cashier, so i told myself its about time to make review, for her to learn that being nice to guest is part of her job, so disappointed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have an awful experience every time I try and use this pharmacy.
When I became eligible for my Covid vaccination, they tried to deny me. Their first reasoning was that they weren’t aware of any new groups becoming eligible, despite it being on the AHS website, and despite every other Airdrie pharmacy knowing about. Then they told me that I could come for my appointment but that the pharmacist could choose to believe I wasn’t actually eligible and turn me away, and I’d just have to take my chances. (I spoke with other pharmacies about this and was advised that I should report them.)
I’ve called about having rx’s filled and been told I’d receive a call back, only to never hear from them.
I’ve found the staff unhelpful at best and rude at worst. Even though this is the closest pharmacy to me, I make a point of supporting anywhere else in Airdrie.
The store itself and regular employees are great, but this pharmacy is just awful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s a good location. I love the cozy atmosphere they have here, and the staff are extremely friendly. Unfortunately the pharmacy section is a bit disorganized. The store is also very clean, and modern since it’s brand new. Love the great location in the city centre
