★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to the Store Upstairs to look for something to wear for an event in October. The sales associate went above and beyond to help me find something. The clothes were amazing, there was SO MUCH selection. You could literally spend hours looking through all of the amazing offerings they have! I will definitely be doing some Christmas shopping here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super happy with my purchase from this store! At first, I was hesitant on purchasing since I am from the US and the store is in Canada. They had an item I had been seeking for awhile so I decided to go ahead with it since they offered shipping to the US. I was having some technical difficulties and I got immediate help from the TSC customer service team! They were super kind and helpful with getting my order processed, even offering to place the item I had my eye on on hold until I could purchase. Everything was settled very quickly and professionally and I got my order within a week with a nice little thank you card! I really thought that was a nice, personalized touch. I'm really happy with my order and the staff at The Store Upstairs. Thank you all so much! Really appreciate it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really cool niche store.. but sooo much stuff crammed into a tiny space. Barely any room to move around.. it's kind of a pain, especially if there is more than a few people shopping. Selection of items offers some unique finds.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love checking out the store upstairs! So many great finds, it’s hard to leave without purchasing anything. It has become one of my go to’s if looking for a gift, but also love all the fashion and decor items. Easily my favourite place to shop in Airdrie!

An extremely strong smell of essential oils in the store pushed me away after a few minutes. A lot of old and cheap stuff.
Expensive purses, like 90 cad, next to old hats and jewelry from dollar store....just an example.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Store is very nicely configured. The manager is very friendly with us being in the store. I do although see however room for many improvements for it to be a five star location. One of which is in the store itself. It noticed I trip in there a lot because if the loose carpeting. I think it would be nice, and not as hazardous to make one consecutive ongoing store floor. I also noticed one of the employees was pointing at me like I was a thief right when I entered. I never stole before, and never will. I was profiled because I'm a teenager. I was treated a bit weirdly always being looked at when I entered, and left the store. Please improve on these things before my next visit. Overall good experience
