Creekside Pharmacy - Airdrie

Went in to inquire about getting my second dose. The person at the counter started asking me personal medical information right in front of another customer. I told her my physical condition, and she asked me what drugs I'm taking for it. I told her I wasn't taking anything. She actually said " you can't have ...... without taking medication" (my doctor disagrees, but I suppose she knows better). She basically called me a liar. Then she began listing off other medications I'm taking for another condition (again right in front of the other customer). It was a very unsettling experience. All I went there for was to ask a question, but got a public grilling instead. Guess I'll just have to look around for a different place.

Well I would have given 0 rating but the lowest is 1. I booked an appointment for my vaccination and left my number. I drove from 50 minutes away for my appointment, only to find they have no vaccine and I received no phone call that they had not recieved the shipment. When speaking with staff they have a number not even close to my number written down. I understand how busy you may be with bookings and appointments but as a professional service you need to be on it a little better. All I get is adding my proper phone number and a we will call you when the vaccine comes in. Anyways that's my opinion for now. Update to my review: Posting an honest review on the experience I had in this location came with a new level of customer service experience. I just received a phone call during which I was told I am a bully and being petty. Given that this was a customer service issue on their end, and that the employee who called me was too frustrated to receive feedback, here are some tired and true steps you can take to better your company and experience for customers. When you make a mistake admit to it. Taking ownership for mistakes, no matter how small they may seem to you, goes a long way in connecting with customers. Not calling to cancel my appointment may be a small thing to you, but to me it was two hours of driving so you could tell me I didn’t have an appointment. Second, when a customer is frustrated, and expresses that, saying that there is nothing you can do doesn’t fix anything - there is ALWAYS a solution in customer service. Customer service is about connecting with the customer, not berating them. So while I won’t be driving out to this location again, I do hope that future customers receive better care because of my honest review.

Wow. Talk about working under pressure! I needed a 2 Vaccine shot. With the phones ringing off of the wall! The lady that helped me was amazing. She Reviewed my medical information on Net Care, to Verify my medical info, Talk about talent. I got an appt based on my criteria. Could not be happier. These guys are efficient and knowledgeable on what they need to have knowledge of. Their location is Fabulous, nice clean place. Everyone had smiles. We need more of that these Days. Oh. And they Deliver!!!!!! How Great is That.

Amazing pharmacy! Always so lovely to deal with. Hayat is a lot of fun and Kester has always kept me coming back. It’s a real gem of a business here in town.

Creekside Pharmacy is great their staff is very friendly an extra helpful when needed. It's easy to get in and out without waiting for lengthy periods of time. They've offered additional advice on any prescriptions I've been taking and having that second opinion is nice. I go there regularly it's definitely a place you want to check out.

Creekside Pharmacy has absolutely fantastic, knowledgeable staff. I have been to many pharmacies and this is the first one that I have felt totally comfortable with the way my medications are managed. Any questions I have are answered without hesitation. I feel very secure in trusting Creekside Pharmacy with my well-being. They have gone above and beyond for every member of my family. Special thanks to Hayat for being such a bright star in my life❤
