★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been working with Sarah and Devin for a little while, having past injuries from car accidents, sports injuries, and a look while you leap mindset. My body was in rough shape and even after the first session I was walking straighter. Their knowledge of the systems and movements of the body give me faith that when I say, "I rotate my arm like this and my hips go numb and I can't hear anything" they'll know whats going on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From the very start, you are treated like a patient and all of your questions and concerns are heard.
Treatments are so uncomplicated and gentle that you may think nothing was done. Rest assured, you don't need to be and feel snapped and pulled and crunched around to know work has been done. It's all non-invasive and relaxing.
I no longer seek out chiropractor treatments as the treatments I get with osteopathy no longer require it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In November of 2021 I had a bad fall on my driveway. I slipped on ice and fell backwards onto my shoulders. The x-rays didn't show any broken bones but I had limited mobility and lots of pain. I took pain medication, which gave me temporary relief but the pain medication made me feel really nauseous. I then went to see Sarah to see if she could help. After only one session I was feeling relief and I didn't take any more of the pain medication. I continued to see her weekly and had great improvements. She has been able to give me back full mobility in my shoulders and I have no pain left!!

I have always felt like my issues were listened to and dealt with in a respectful and professional manner, and I feel as though my overall health has improved with continued treatments. She has also helped my wife with her postpartum health.
We highly recommend Sarah to all our friends and family and would recommend her to all babies and mom's alike !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I hit second trimester of pregnancy, my hips were pinching and burning. I also had old shoulder injuries that were getting aggravated in the process as well. I decided (like many people) to start chiropractics to help my body with these changes. Unfortunately, my body did not like the intense therapy. After dealing with excruciating pain that left me barely able to move from a chiro session gone wrong, Sarah and Devin brought me in for an emergency session together. They are both so welcoming, passionate and knowledgeable. I felt listened to completely. They take my whole body and life into account when doing each treatment, explaining every aspect as they go.
I have been seeing Sarah on a weekly basis since this time to support my pregnancy and changing body. We check in throughout the week, and I always feel I can message her with any questions or concerns. Every week is different as the baby grows and my body adjusts, Sarah is so intuitive with her care and flexible to work on any area that needs it - asking great questions along the way to make sure it is what I need. She takes her time and I never feel rushed in a session.
I had never experienced osteopathy before this time, and I will never look back. I recommend this form of gentle therapy on any person who is planning to get pregnant, pregnant, or in their postpartum period. I always leave feeling fully supported, relaxed, and stronger within my body. I am so glad that I found Airdrie Osteopathy - I live in the deep south of Calgary and it is worth every moment of the drive to see them. I look forward to the months ahead, and to have the continued support after our baby is born - as a whole new body will be present then! Thank you always, and I am so blessed to have you as a part of my pregnancy team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Devin has been the missing piece of my treatment puzzle I have been looking to fill for years. His calm nature and beyond helpful techniques have not only helped my body become the most stable it has been in years, it is allowing me to continue to do the things that I love that might not be the kindest to my body. My two boys (11yrs and 13yrs) have also seen Devin and have benefitted from his therapy. Although I have not personally been treated by Sarah I have spoken to her numerous times and can only assume she is just as talented as her partner. I highly recommend this practice.
