My name is Tammy Tkachuk, I am a certified psychotherapist, counsellor and life coach in Alberta, Canada.
Who Am I: As a mom, I have seen first-hand the struggle of balancing work, family and friendship. At a young age, I had experienced marriage, divorce and then motherhood. This experience has inspired me to refocus my business towards helping mothers and young families reach personal goals, achieve balance and reduce stress.
What do I have to offer you? I come to the table with over 13 years of professional experience in counselling and life coaching. I started my career working as a counsellor with incarcerated inmates. After leaving that position in 2009, I began to build a healthy and successful practice. Today I specialize in the following areas:

Who I have helped: When you choose a counsellor or life coach, it is important that you choose an individual who has worked with a wide variety of clients so that they can better anticipate and assess your needs and individual challenges. I personally work with upwards of 30 to 40 clients a month both locally and across the world. Over the years, I have worked with couples, school children, postpartum moms and even inmates.
