L	Laura Thiessen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family and I see Dr. Roberts and Dr. Odubanjo. Both are knowledgeable and compassionate. I never feel rushed to end a visit or feel that our concerns are being brushed aside. The front end staff have always been polite and courteous. Highly recommend!
J	Joshua Anthony Williams on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in to get a driver's medical done as a walk in. I was informed it would be $160. I waited for an hour while no one else was in the waiting room. Finally, I received a very lackluster check up. Once I was done and went to pay, I was informed that they only accept cash or credit. I was annoyed that there was no sign nor was I told this at the beginning of my visit. After driving to the bank to withdraw the money, I returned and it took an additional 15 minutes to get a receipt. After getting to the registry, I was informed that information was missing from the medical and they would need to redo it and send it. There was no concern for my time or my money. I did not feel valued and it didn't seem to matter after the fact. As a practice, the physicians should take pride in being prompt and thorough. Employees should be knowledgeable of their jobs and this was the exact opposite.

Her follow up has been so impressive. She has called herself just to check on me. Very much appreciate her always takes time to listen. So very thankful for her, she is a blessing to me.

I personally see Dr. Briggs, and she’s been a very good family doctor for the last 4 or so years! I’ll always keep seeing her provided I’m in Airdrie.
e	editta jagiello on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst dr care I ever had!Every time we sick and need medical advice we must go to the emergency because dr.Roberts it’s scared of sick patients?!!!!If you are scared of sick people you choose wrong profession !!!!after 2 years of this madness find normal doctor that make his job!!!!So if you need doctor just make research and you find it somewhere else!Fortunately exist still the REAL DOCTORS that want cure sickness!!!!!Not here that for sure.Shame on you dr.Roberts
k	karen magno on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visiting the doctors office always makes me feel anxious and it just really stresses me out, but today, I was a walk in here at the Bridge Medical Clinic and I have to say my experience was just wonderful. The staff were cordial and nice. I didn’t wait very long considering I went on their lunch break. They were even in the process of changing the mats on the floor when I was sitting comfortably in their waiting/receiving area. By far, hands down, Dr. Roberts, was the most comfortable physician I’ve ever met with, she explained everything step by step, listened to my issues and she was considerate, kind, and gentle in her dealing with me. You can also see that even with her 30 years of experience doing what she does, she still has that compassion and warmth that’s hard to come by nowadays. I can’t say enough of what a wonderful experience this was. Thank you very much for such a wonderful experience in your very capable hands.
