Dr. Olive Usher
Dr. Usher is a South African graduate who graduated in 2006. She relocated to AB Canada in 2012 due to her passion for travelling while pursuing her dream of making a difference to patient’s lives.
She has vast experience in family medicine back dating from various departments she rotated in past graduation namely obstetrics & Gynecology, pediatrics, family medicine, and intensive care unit and working at busy casualty departments.
Her initial posting was in rural central AB at a lovely village community of Consort. She ran a family practice and did emergency calls at Coronation and Castor. Upon completion of her 3 year contract she moved to Carstairs and Didsbury and did 4 years. Afterward, she moved to Airdrie and found her next home at Kings Medical Centre.
Her main aim is to establish her practice in collaboration with great team members to create a coordinated plan to achieve the best care for patients at this clinic. She believes a two way trust and respect is the most important tool towards reaching a common goal at making lives better.
She will be running a family practice clinic and partial Walk-in (Please call first before coming in. She covers most scopes of family practice, child health, physicals, geriatrics, obstetrics and gynecology including low risk prenatal care, minor surgical procedures, women’s health namely Pap Smear, IUD insertion and removal, contraception counselling and breast exam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctors and staff are helpful and professional. Dr. Adebisi always diagnoses my problems correctly, discusses treatment, and deals with the issues. He orders necessary tests and makes appropriate referrals as quickly as possible. Dr. Adewale and Dr. Usher are also very nice and caring doctors. Even though I have moved out of the area I will still love to travel to see them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I arrived to my booked appointment to be told that the doctor hadn't shown up for his shift. Reception said he was already an hour late and would be at least another half hour, and there were two other appointments waiting in front of me. I understand when life gets in the way of work, but when I asked why I hadn't received a phone call to rebook my appointment or come in later, I was told "we don't do that". It's difficult to leave the house in the winter with a two month old baby, and to arrive to this, without so much of an apology is so unprofessional. My family and I will be going to a clinic that actually cares for its clients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently had book an appointment with the female doctor there who is very nice. She had gave me some medication and wanted me to follow up in a month. I phone a month later to book an appointment with her and the receptionist booked me in for a Tuesday. I arrive exactly on time for my appointment, it took 15 minutes to get in a room & 45 minutes in the room before I seen the doctor who was NOT my doctor I had booked with. Turns out the female doctor doesn’t even work that day. Extremely poor reception that doesn’t keep your information confidential, loud music, paper thin walls so you can hear every word patients are saying. Very poorly run! I will never return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm not sure what all of these negative reviews are about... I have been seeing Dr. Adebisi for 2 years now and he is kind, caring, compassionate, he listens to my needs, and we always have great conversations. The clinic is clean and front end staff are polite and accommodating. I always arrive early and Dr. Adebisi sees me right away without me having to wait much more that 10 or 15 minutes. I can't help but think that these low reviews are fake or possibly targeted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most useless doctor's office in the world!!! I been suffering with abdominal pain and this doctor doesn't send me for testing he has no idea of what's going on just gives me heart burn pills and I dont even have heartburn!! It wasn't until the pain was so bad I needed to go emergency they sent me for testing. Also I have appointment to see this doctor in kings heights medical clinic and I sit in his office for 40 minutes not being seen meanwhile others are being seen in the rooms next to me they are coming and going.
DO YOURSELF A FAVOR STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! Can't believe my taxes are funding this place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The receptionist here REALLY needs to go. I mean honestly, if you can't book an appointment or don't like answering the phone; why are you a receptionist!?
Please do everyone a favor and quit or fire this lady!
She's completely miserable and did not hesitate to let me know how inconvenienced she was by having to answer the phone. I can't believe I apologized for calling in to book an appointment! Haha that's definitely a first.
I'll be looking for a new family physician simply because this lady is quite literally, the most miserable person I've interacted with; ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctors here are excellent, very caring. My family's been with this clinic for about 2 years and have had great experieces. My only criticism is the hours as they are not very accommodating to working people.
I understand closing/reducing reception services for a lunch break but don't think it should be at the typical lunch hour (12-1:00)since that's when most working people are able to make appointments.
Additionally, closing by 4:30, Mon.-Fri., is way too early for a doctor's office. After work appointments are not possible and weekends are available very rarely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am not sure why people who wrote the reviews here are quite upset... I have been going to this clinic for about a year now. They have a wonderful service. They used to be short-staffed for the front. However, now they seem to have extra people to manage the volume of the work.
And, my doctor, Dr. Olive Usher, has been the best doctor that I have ever seen. She took care of my concerns as hers and goes far beyond my expectation. I have never had a problem with getting referred, obtaining requisitions for X-ray, Ultra-sound etc. Also, I have always gotten the review of the results in a very timely manner. Without her help, I would probably not managed to have this second baby.
As they accept the walk-ins (I think), wait-time gets a bit longer time to time depending on the days. However, overall their service is great. I would not go for any other doctor than her.
