He dealt with two customers at the same time very patiently and the best thing about this store is the follow up thing they do to make customers aware about the deal going on in the store. Great service always. Recommend this store.

Freedom is also a good cell brand and have certainly expanded their coverage and reliability to complete directly in a tight Canadian market.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aman was good however was not able to waive a $45 connection fee. Just finished a 2 year contract with Freedom mobile and went into get a new phone and negotiate another 2 year contact. Why should I be charged another $45 connection fee being a loyal customer? Aman told me to call Freedom and ask for loyalty department. Customer service representative was not able to waive $45 fee either. Thanks Freedom..for sending me emails saying you would waive this fee when actually you don't. There's no loyalty to the customer at all.

Questions I asked about my account had short responses given and I felt like I had to beg for information concerning newer phones. These answers given were just him reading off the screen and required me to probe for more of explanations to be given to have a real understanding of what these statements meant.
Horrible customer service.
