When I arrived at the store he was the one to help me and went above and beyond with customer service. Very enjoyable experience! :)

β β β β β My wife and I had the pleasure of having Chad H help us with our Accounts today. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. The last time I was in this store I left feeling frustrated and angry, I really didn't want to have to ever go back. But Chad changed my view today, I will gladly go back to see him as a happy customer. He went out of his way to compensate us for unforseen circumstances, and went above and beyond with his customer service.

β β β β β We had an absolutely wonderful experience today with Harman & Bhav. Harman greeted us immediately and was able to help me change my phone from Bell to Telus with no trouble at all. It was so quick and painless and they saved me a bunch of money with giving me more data. I was shocked by how efficient he was β compared to past experiences with cell phone providers, this was amazing.
They also went above and beyond offering to look into when Telus would be installing wifi into our new apartment.
Both men were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and an absolute pleasure.
If you need anything, I very highly recommend speaking to Harman or Bhav.

β β β β β I am giving this review 4 stars ONLY because of the help I received from Hallie T. She welcomed me right into the store, knew I was in a rush and assisted me immediately and was extremely pleasant. What has my blood boiling is how the Store manager Jordan and came spoke to Hallie while I was getting help. He was rude, condescending, and all around very unpleasant. I felt horrible for how Hallie was treated. Iβll find another Telus to visit next time
