Very poor service. Staff don’t have enough product knowledge and stock knowledge. I cancelled my contract with Shaw within 1 day. Really I upset. I can’t recommend others.

Man! One of the customers service representative at Shaw Mobile crossiron Mills made it very easy for me to decide in not getting Shaw Mobile services, I had a few questions before getting couple of SIM cards but Mr. Niel was not in the mood of answering any, as soon as he saw someone else walk in through the doors, he told me to call customer service and walked away.

I am a Shaw customer for longtime but the store service at crossiron shocked me when I inquire about Samsung galaxy A32 5G price . Samsung A32 5G Phone which is on sale on Samsung's store site for $299.99. I called the Shaw store and ask for a price match on the phone cuz manufacturer is selling it for less price and why Shaw is charging still $408 for the same phone. The customer service representative from the Shaw store told me that they are not getting it from Samsung cheaper so they have to sell it with higher price. Does it make any sense? When a manufacturer is selling it for low price how could Shaw sell it for higher prices. Shaw wasn't like this before.

After decades of being a SHAW customer, I asked for a lower cost build package as they have always had available and provided. They now refuse to provide the more economical packages and I have pay an astronomical amount for hundreds of channels (that I'm not at all interested in watching). My bill used to be $120 with my package, now they say the CHEAPEST they can do is $163, and that is without the channels I actually like. SHAW has lost a decades-old loyal customer over this, its unbelievable in this economy with a pandemic on top of it that these service providers are gouging the general public. I will be accessing the major discounts and Black Friday deals at Telus and Bell to get my billing costs down, SHAW this is a huge disappointment.

After years of being a Shaw customer in the last two years, we did notice an exponential decrease in the quality of Shaw service and customers care. We did hit the bottom of the barrel a few days ago when an incompetent employee at this store did a hard check of my credit for a $15 data plan and had tried very hard to dissuade me from signing up for this service. After trying three different stores, we have concluded that Shaw uses fake advertising to attract clients to their store. When you ask to sign for their advised great deal, the employees will either try to sell you something you don’t want or hit you with a series of issues so that you won’t sign up for the service and hopefully, you will buy something else. We understood what the employee Jamail was trying to do, and we asked for the manager; he answered that the manager wasn’t at work and we had to wait four days to talk to a manager. When we ask for his number, he did refuse to give us his name or contact information. They are trained to avoid that the management gets involved in anyways to this new sale scam. We did notice this previously on our business accounts, and now also residential is the same; I guess Shaw management doesn’t seem to care about how they make money, and they seem to be willing whatever it takes. Good that we have other options out there, and we will take action and close all our accounts and give our business to companies with a higher level of morality and customer care. Goodbye Shaw.

I was about to cancel my services after Telus tried to offer me a cheap plan. But when I went to crossiron retail, Cecilia advised me that I was on a legacy plan and slower internet speed so she helped me repackage my plan based on what I need and she upgraded all of my equipments. She also told me the value of going for 2 years contract. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend the shaw crossiron store.
