★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are only 80KM west of Ottawa but for cell and internet service we may as well be in Baffin Island or some other remote spit in Siberia (who knows maybe theirs is better?). The location os not. THAT remote but the lack of internet made it feel that way. Then we stumbled across Storm Internet. What a find!!
Fast and friendly with an affordable starting price. Installation and setup was a breeze. We were connected to the world once more! Of course we still had to drive 10’s of KM’s for groceries! Life with two teenagers needing wifi became enjoyable once again. After 2 months, no down-time!!
If you live in the country and need good, stable, speedy and affordable wifi I highly recommend them!! Two thumbs up and 5 Stars!!!

Really enjoying our whole internet experience again now. It's like we are in the city but can now live in cottage country.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super friendly, courteous, and did a very good job installing my satellite. They made it all neat and tidy so I didn’t have cords hanging, and so my goats couldn’t get at it.
Speed is super fast. ?
Rates are very competitive. I’m getting more bang for my buck from other providers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Storm Internet has been great in providing their services to us.for over 10 years. From all areas of Customer Service their staff are courteous and knowledgeable. In recent months their technical team extended our tower and with their advice upgraded our package. As we live in a rural area where wireless is our only option we would not look at any other company. Without hesitation we highly recommend and encourage you to explore what they have to offer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchased a cottage in Coe Hill in 2018, and initially had signed up with the default service provider (starting with the letter "B" ;) ). The service was fine, but the price was quite high. We had had no choice but to go with the default company as while there was phone line service on our road, there was no telephone line entering the building.
I was pleased to find Storm Internet sometime after that, which lowered our monthly cost by about 25%. Their customer service has been very responsive, generally responding to emails within a couple hours if not sooner, and the internet service has been consistently reliable and has worked well even when working remotely with several children also doing remote learning.
Very satisfied with their product and service, and will definitely recommend it to others.

My actual internet service so far has been wonderful with no issues when heavy rain is falling or if two people are watching a movie. Thank you for you calls to verify our level of satisfaction and to hear any concerns. I recommend this service wholeheartedly!

I had a question about my bill ( because I didn’t read all the emails first), and the customer support helped me by explaining each aspect of my bill.
They are thorough and friendly. I’d recommend them to everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a customer of Storm since 2019 and I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of services they provide. I work from home and need stellar Internet to do my job: Storm has provided this for me since 2019. The staff is always helpful and fair (Jeremy, thank you for always answering to my questions!). I had a technician come over recently to upgrade my package and he went above and beyond answering my questions, helping me troubleshoot issues I was having with my hardware. There are people on here who complain that speeds are unreliable. This is most likely due to your router, not an issue on Storm's part. I switched mine and everything was in order. Thank you storm for providing Internet I know I can count on! It truly makes working from home stress free! :D
