Chris Benton was the rep we worked with. Really made us feel that they cared to have us as a customer. We chose hi-speed wireless. Received an excellent installation of a tower at a low cost, and hook up by very knowledgeable technician, David Grendel and his assistant Dan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was looking for High Speed Fibre Internet Service here in Perth and WTC Communications delivered. Professional and friendly installation service technicians and it's great they are a local company ( Support Local!!). A nice difference from the former Cable Internet, TV and Phone Service Provider.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I first ordered the internet from wtc it took us 1 month to get the service installed ,when we finally had it installed I always had weak signal even though we were paying top dollar for unlimited I didnt even have a strong enough signal to sit on the front deck the price for just the internet was outrageous compared to other companies I hope I never have to use WTC ever again I,m still paying off for breaking a contract when I moved , after 2 yrs with them , ridiculous amount to get out of the contract I would never recommend WTC to anyone

Installers (James) were amazing...friendly, knowledgeable and patient with all my questions and I had lots. You could not get better customer service. From my first call to the company to the installation I received great service. Happy customer.

WTC has a star in Danielle M. She managed to unblock a service blockage for us, in a timely and no-fuss manner. That's the essence of customer service. She understood immediately, because she listened well, knew what to do and resolved it for us. Now, a happy customer!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bill Mustard is the face of WTC! He is always there when you need him. I love the service with WTC. I also have one of the fastest internets in Portland. Even my home and my office in Ottawa don't have the speeds that WTC's fibre have to offer. Love the New Fibre. Thank you WTC.
