S	Sue Graff on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We absolutely adore the Best Western in Perth for many many reasons. But lets talk about the Locks restaurant. Firstly, if ambiance is your priority,go no further. Gorgeous tall ceilings,huge fireplace, wall to wall windows, gorgeous patio overlooking the park and canal. The staff, amazing. Friendly, professional, attentive. The food, delicious. We had the caramelized pecan and raspberry salad to start. Yum. Then the penne shrimp and sausage with sundried tomato sauce. To top it off, we shared a piece of pecan pie. The whole experience was...amazing.

Beautiful dining room with gas fireplace and wonderful Xmas decs. My bf had the chicken special with lobster sauce and wild grains rice. Amazing. I had the scallops and cauliflower bites. Perfectly done and great presentation and portions. Service was attentive and very friendly. Don't miss this spot!!!
D	Downtown Perth BIA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I enjoyed a fabulous dinner at The Locks for Valentine's Day. The atmosphere in their dining room was lovely will sparkling lights and we enjoyed spending the evening near their cozy fireplace. The staff was very friendly and efficient and our lovely waitress Shawna was a delight. We enjoyed delicious salads, and a beautiful think filet cooked to perfection. The entrees were so generous, that I took my dessert home to enjoy the next day. I would highly recommend enjoying dinner at The Locks and staying over night at the Best Western in Perth.
D	Diane Trenouth on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son's magical wedding was held here on Dec 19th. The owner Kim was such a pleasure to work with. She made planning the wedding fun. No detail was too small for her and she was always on point with her suggestions. 10 days before the wedding, omicron unleashed itself in Ontario and Kim was reassuring and we went ahead understanding that if 10 people came, we'd just go with it. We had 60 guests and the day could not have been more perfect. The ceremony in front of the gorgeous fireplace, the cocktail reception with live music, the dinner reception (the multi course meal!) and the mingling and a little bit of dancing -- all just perfect. Kim also employs excellent staff who were there to deal with whatever arose. Hosting a wedding with restrictions in place is not easy and Kim's staff were all outstanding. Kudos to Scott who had to deal with the late night crowd. I would not hesitate to recommend this venue for a wedding or any special occasion and I hope to have dinner there this summer on the outside patio. Thank you Kim and staff. The day exceeded our expectations.
N	Natalie Gash on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff were WONDERFUL, but food fell VERY short. Wouldn't recommend unless you're coming for a pint and a sandwich on the patio. Otherwise, salmon was very dry and should not be paired with pureed sweet potato. The baked brie was nice, but paired with few crustinee and supplemented with regular crackers, along with nice candied walnut, but jarred tiny green olives. Again, staff were lovely!!!! But the food is not worth the price.
