Food was fine - standard Timmie fare but experience was long and slow. May have been short handed - most places are these days ..

Coffee and donut each, sat down and saw a human hair in one of the donuts. Returned to service counter and when brought it to the attention of the server, the response was it wasn't his and do I want a replacement or money back..huh, wha !! He apologized later recognizing that response was totally inappropriate. He did this on his own accord, which is good for him. His supervisor, who had earlier stepped in to deal with this, heard me explain and again and then responded without any upset, disgust or change in tone..do you want a replacement or your money back. Aren't you upset by what I just said, I asked. Bluntly, yes was her reply. I will now always check my order from Tim H at any location wherever I go and this is a story that will linger on... There is something missing in the training here for how something like this is handled..no one seemed perturbed as if it's par for the course. Adnote: Always ask each customer if they have the TH app BEFORE they pay so that benefits aren't accidentally missed.

Out of chicken, they said but we can use breaded instead, I said sure, but I think it was microwaved to the point it was no longer edible like the soul off of a rubber shoe these are the days of my life.....

It is my go-to place. As long as I drive through highway 7, I have to pitch my tent at this customer's friendly spot. It doesn't matter who attends to you, the experience is usually great. The staff are great, superbly polite, respectful and professional. Keep up the good work team (Tim's)!
