Wow. Just had a really poor interaction with Customer Service. All nice and polite until she found out she was not going to be able to sell me something and instead had to deal with my query. The voice changed immediately!!! So unhelpful, didn't listen, with a monotone "I couldn't care less voice". Kept repeating their various party lines which did not in any way actually answer my question. Highly frustrating!!!! If I had a viable alternative to Shaw and their services, I would drop them!!! I can only imagine once the impact of the merger takes effect, they will care even less..... Can't wait for that!!

5:10: got a call saying the tech would be there in 10 mins. 6:10: I call shaw to ask why the tech is still not there, they said they would send a message to the tech as he was still on the way. 7:17: tech shows up (not the same tech who called me), when I asked him what happened he said the system would have moved the tech to a different call to get another call for service in in the day, that's fine but when he calls me and says he is 10 mins away then 60 mins later they say he is still on the way how can that possibly be true. Gotta love being lied to...

I have shaw internet 300 for more then 3 years now couple of things I observe about this company mainly quality and experience. I pay promotional pricing $60/month when promotion finish after 24 months its become $110 which is quite high, I called customer service for renewal in 2020 and I feel like due to pandemic or some thing they are no more offering good prices. I called again in 2021 Sep 13th and CSR or Sales who knows offer me $55/month and she told me leaving this pricing offer in the notes so when I call next time I dont need to explain any thing. But what happen I called again on sep 15th but no one able to see those notes and deny of having this price offer for me. Every CSR including Team lead confirms that prices and offers are changed every min and they have no control on it and the price given by csr was may be a mistake during this process I receive msgs left on my phone from shaw offering me again $55 /month Internet 300 my existing services. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED how I was handled by CSR and other team members no one seems to accept this fault or pricing model issue and not able to offer me the price I was told by those who left msgs. What I understand so far as they have sales team they have retention team and they have mobile home selleres or what ever I dont care not my problem either why the company was not able to investigate this issus instead of saying too bad so sad we are not able fo find out no notes on file or pricing are not available at this time and we have no way to find out how could this was offered current offer is $85/month take it or leave it.

Shaw used to be a good company. Now you can't really get support. Their apps don't work, their chat lines manned by bots, waiting on the phone for too long by any standards - I can't even understand their by the gig data plan so I'll just let it slide and see what happens. We need more competition for cable and mobile - not less! There are no good options. You will need to decide which of the two companies will be less annoying.

If I can give 0 star I would in heartbeat. WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICES IN HISTORY!!! After 1 year and half received voice mail from collections stating I own shaw over $400. I have an email from Shaw from BC stating my balance owning is $0. I have sent many emails to shaw "your voice" to address why collections have left voice mail - nobody has returned any emails back to me, this is why most people at shaw won't care. I would never recommend this hell for you guys so please stay away from Shaw.

Hello Shaw, I did some changes from my old modem to the new one. The range on the new one is worst than the old one. Now I'm trying to go back to my old one. Please do not offer some changes if it's not better than your old one just to extend your services. I'm ok with what is working. If your office will offer something..... make it better. I'm still with you guys not by choice. It would be nice of I choose to stay.... but make your service better than your last one.
