★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just joined Koodo 2 days ago, Went to the shop yesterday evening after 6:15 PM to ask about $3 long distance add on.
Customer Rep greeted and started looking for the LD rates to the location as asked by me.
He replied that after you add it your plan will change.
I replied that it's just an add-on that I can add/remove at my will for which I will pay extra on top of my plan, how will it affect my plan.
Rep replied : Now you will teach me how to do my job.
Now customer service stands on 3 basic things : greeting the customer, showing empathy and acknowledging the customer, the sales Rep failed on the latter 2 when he raise his voice and did not greet when I left.
Instead I apologized to him as I was not telling him how he should or should not do his job.
Had a bad experience yesterday. It's highly unlikely I will ever visit this kiosk.

These Guys ( Eclesio and Jeremy) - are amazing. They were super helpful and even cleaned my phone when they were done. They are super professional. 10/10 would recommend
(12/19/2017) So. I used to work at best buy and know a thing or two about selling phones. I dealt with Eclesio( sp?) who was the store manager today and he was absolutely unreal. Every single system he had was malfunctioning and he STILL went above and beyond to provide me with solutions and service. he knew I was on a really tight deadline, and even with every single system down he managed to come up with a solution. It was an incredibly busy day and the staff were under a huge amount of pressure. Absolutely phenomenal service. Thanks for making my trip amazing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was absolutely fantastic. They were very accomodating. After talking with them for awhile they suggested I go to one of their competitors in the mall, who I won't name, and compare. After deciding I wasn't too fond of their competitors hard selling tactics, I decided to go back and do my business with Koodo. Koodo never pushed me for a sale, they had the best prices and they knew it so they encouraged me to go see for myself. Good group of guys and I think I'm a customer for life. Thanks fellas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had issues switching over to Koodo and had made several calls between my previous provider and Koodo trying to figure out what was going on with my phone. After a week of my phone not working I finally decided to go in to this shop and get help. Alex had stuck with me for hours calling the different cell providers and Samsung until the problem was fixed. He was more patient than any of the customer service people I'd phoned were and didn't stop until everything was good. If I could rate this more than 5 stars I would, thank you Alex

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The second time I've been here and been served by Patrick. This guy knows his job and it great at it! Top notch A+ service by Patrick and his co-worker (Eclesio?) yesterday to get me into a new phone. I had gone down to the Chinook location and was less than impressed. Stopped in here and was done within an hour. Really happy with my phone and service received.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They were very helpful...sadly they couldn't fix the problem even though they tried. The problem lies with telus and their cell tower. Paying a koodo bill every month and reception is so so bad.
