★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably one of the worst customer service places I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I don't often do reviews of places, but I was just in total shock of how bad my experience was.
The store is not that big, yet I walked around for about 10mins looking for some wireless earbuds before I had to ask for assistance from 1 of the 4 employees working that were just talking to eachother the entire time. I asked him if there were demos of the one I wanted, but he showed me different ones and then told me that they don't have any on display of the ones I wanted, which was fine.
I ended up purchasing the $200 wireless earbuds and then when I asked kindly if I could get a bag. He then mentioned it cost 25 cents after I had done the transaction. I would've just added 25 cents to my transaction if he just told me beforehand.
The interaction I had with this store was so bad that I want to return my earbuds at another location and purchase it else where. I don't want to sound nitpicky but if 4 employees are going to ignore customers to chat with one another instead of doing their job, I'll gladly go somewhere else.
Once again I'm just one of those guys that know what I'm coming in for and im out, but wow what an awful experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to The Source to purchase batteries. Arnav was really helpful and we discussed putting me back on the Virgin mobile service. I went ahead with it and he walked me through the whole process. I am so glad to be back on virgin and thank Arnav for suggesting it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decided to drop by The Source looking for an on sale laptop. I unknowingly had Khurram, energetically, come to help me and found me the best laptop on sale. He was super helpful with the purchasing process. And just when I thought we were done, he sprung me an even better phone plan (for my family and I) with a nice incentive to switch, which I did. I would come back to him, the next time I decide to purchase any future products. He is very knowledgeable, confident and resourceful. Excellent customer service!

He gave me huge discount for my son birthday gift and also really good cell phone plan with new phones. I was happy with the service and staff. Recommend Cross Iron Source store.
