★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have to say, this was the best EB Games experience I've ever had. The store was clean and things were easy to find. The staff here are AMAZING, they were so helpful and knowledgeable, and just all around wonderful to talk to. The store manager Chelsey has an incredible team there, we will definitely be shopping there for a long time!

They didn't waste a second taking care of everyone. Those people probably deserve a raise. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No playstation 5 available again. Prices on used could be 30 percent less almost paying full price for second hand items. Even with the edge card you don't save much. Place was organized staff friendly but overpriced is the decider. You can just wait for prices online to drop and you will save. Almost no need to go unless you want collectable items.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst experience I've had in this store ever. For one, I do not know why they are letting people in the store without masks when it's still required but regardless they should still make everyone feel comfortable and safe when visiting the store. When I visited the store today, I was ready to pay and the guy at the desk(Tim I believe) told me to go to the other side of the desk. I saw that there were people who were not masked and did not feel comfortable being near them so I asked if he could help me at the side we were at and he responded "I can't" very rudely. He did eventually help me at that side when I explained to him why, but his tone of voice was not appreciated and made me feel like he didn't care about my service or my safety at all. Customer service and health and safety are the number one priority, but it seems like they don't care about it and because of this I do not recommend anyone visit this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super fun place where game enthusiasts of all ages can just hang out and be themselves. Staff was super friendly and helpful - were very welcoming and patient with the kids asking for PlayStation 5s.
